1983年9月,我们借参加日本104届铸造会议之机,参观了三原制作所的铸造工厂,该厂在组织多品种铸件生产方面很有代表性。三原制作所属日本三菱重工业公司的专业铸造厂,建于1943年,全厂共430人,分铸铁和铸钢两个车间,面积共为23,300米~2,月产各种铸件计2,230吨。起初,主要为本公司提供铁路车辆所需铸件;后来,产品范围逐步扩展到机械、冶金、化工、建筑、交通、造纸、印刷、空调等各个领域。由于产品范围的不断扩大,使得铸件的品种繁多、材质各异、形状不一、大小悬殊。下面介绍他们组织多品种生产的情况及工艺特
In September 1983, we took the opportunity to participate in the 104th Japan Foundry Conference and visited the foundry of Mihara Works, which is representative of the production of various types of castings.
