随着四期移民搬迁安置的全面完成,三峡库区生态建设与产业发展至关重要。在低碳经济背景下,林业既是产业建设的载体,也是生态建设的载体。在新的历史时期,强化林业在库区低碳经济发展中的特殊地位和作用,认真研究解决库区林业发展中的突出问题,以安全稳固的生态屏障体系、循环高效的特色产业体系、和谐文明的森林文化体系、健康持续的能力支撑体系为重点,大力发展三峡库区现代林业,具有重要的现实意义和深远的战略意义。
With the completion of the relocation and resettlement of the four phases of resettlement, the ecological construction and industrial development in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area are of vital importance.
