一九八四年十月一、前言高聚物交联后,一般成为不熔不溶的网状大分子结构,其交联度的测定甚为困难。有些采用物理仪器法作相对的比较,但投资大,日常操作不便。新酚树脂目前一般多用六次甲基四胺作交联剂进行交联,所得产物也是不熔不溶的,其交联度一直末找到方法进行测定。我们根据交联时生成亚甲基桥释放出氨的原理,拟订了测定其交联度的二种方法,氨量法与热重法。用这二种方法测定了交联度,并对测定结果进行了讨论。

INTRODUCTION After the polymer is cross-linked, it usually becomes a network structure with insoluble and insoluble network macromolecules, and the determination of the degree of cross-linking is very difficult. Some use of physical instruments for the relative comparison, but the investment, daily operation inconvenience. At present, the new phenol resin is usually crosslinked with six times of methyltetramine as a cross-linking agent, and the resulting product is also insoluble and insolubilized. The degree of cross-linking has not been found for a long time. We based on the principle of methylene ring to produce ammonia released when crosslinking, developed two methods to determine the degree of crosslinking, ammonia and thermogravimetry. The degree of crosslinking was measured by these two methods, and the results of the determination were discussed.
