研究苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ对小鼠血清的脂质过氧化损伤,为苏丹红对人体造成影响提供一定的实验依据.用分光光度法进行血清中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)的测定.苏丹红Ⅲ中MDA、SOD与阴性对照组比较有显著性差异,苏丹红Ⅳ低剂量组MDA、GSH与阴性对照组比较有显著性差异.苏丹红Ⅲ能够造成小鼠脂质过氧化损伤,抗氧化酶活性降低,细胞膜功能受损.
To study the effects of Sudan Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ on the lipid peroxidation of serum in mice and to provide some experimental evidences for Sudan’s influence on the human body.Methods Serum malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH) in serum of Sudan Ⅲ.The content of MDA and SOD in Sudan Ⅲ was significantly different from that in the negative control group.The MDA and GSH in the Sudan Ⅲ low dose group were significantly different from the negative control group Sudan Ⅲ could cause lipid peroxidation injury in mice, decreased antioxidant enzyme activity, impaired cell membrane function.
