肇源县为切实加强国家行政机关工作人员岗位培训的管理工作,真正使机关工作人员通过岗位培训达到提高素质、廉洁高效的目的,对1900年培训的395名行政机关工作人员建立了学籍管理卡。同时规定,今后国家行政机关工作人员参加岗位培训必须建立学籍管理卡,否则县人事局不予承认。学籍管理卡除记载学员自然情况外,重点记载学员的各科考试考核成绩以及参加培训的时间、地点等。学籍管理卡可以直接反映行政机关工作人员是否按照五年培训总体规划要求完成岗位培训任务,它是检验行政机关工作人员岗位培训是否合格的依据和凭证。为实施国家公务员制度,提供
