用半微量相平衡方法测定了LaCl3-Phe-H2O三元体系(25℃)的溶度和饱和溶液折光率,绘制了该体系的溶度图和饱和溶液折光率曲线.结果表明:体系中形成两种化学计量的配合物.比较讨论了氨基酸对形成配合物的影响.在相平衡结果指导下,合成了配合物的固态样品.用化学分析、元素分析、红外光谱及热分析研究了配合物的组成和一些物理化学性质.
The solubility of LaCl3-Phe-H2O ternary system (25 ℃) and the refractive index of saturated solution were measured by semi-micro phase equilibria method. The solubility diagram and the refractive index curve of saturated solution were plotted. The results show that two stoichiometric complexes are formed in the system. The effects of amino acids on the formation of complexes were discussed. Guided by phase equilibrium results, a solid sample of the complex was synthesized. The composition and some physicochemical properties of the complexes were studied by chemical analysis, elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis.
