干部培训过程的现代化是社会、经济发展现代化的必然结果,也是建设高素质干部队伍的客观要求.培训作为人力资源开发的重要手段.担负着对干部进行不断的、阶段性的再加工、再培养、再提高的重要任务.为此,在干部培训过程中使其与社会、经济的发展相适应,与新时期干部队伍建设的实际需求相一致,真正实施“按需施教”、“按需培训”,已成为当前干部培训工作中亟待解决的问题.也是实现干部培训现代化的关键所在.本文试就干部培训过程中如何顺应现代社会、经济的发展谈几点粗浅的看法.
The modernization of the cadre training process is an inevitable result of the modernization of the society and economy as well as an objective requirement for building a contingent of high-quality cadres. Training, as an important means of human resources development, is responsible for carrying out further and phased re-training of cadres So as to make it suitable for the development of the society and economy in the process of training the cadres and in line with the actual needs of building a contingent of cadres in the new period so as to truly implement the principle of “teaching on demand,” “on-demand Training ”has become an urgent problem to be solved in the training of cadres at present, and it is also the key to realize the modernization of cadre training.This paper tries to talk a few superficial opinions on how to conform to the development of modern society and economy during the training of cadres.
