顺应港口发展趋势,加快辽宁港口基建建设,投融资渠道显得尤为重要。本文通过分析当前辽宁港口概况、建设融资方式及存在的主要问题,认为目前国内很多案例中所采用的PPP融资模式在港口建设的投融资模式创新中是可行且有效的途径。并对PPP模式在辽宁港口基建建设投融资方面可行性进行分析总结。
Complying with the trend of port development, speeding up the construction of port infrastructure in Liaoning Province, investment and financing channels are particularly important. This paper analyzes the current situation of Liaoning port, the construction of financing methods and the main problems, and believes that the PPP financing model adopted in many domestic cases is a feasible and effective way in the innovation of investment and financing mode in port construction. And analyzes the feasibility of PPP mode in investment and financing of infrastructure construction in Liaoning Port.
