用热台和偏光显微镜研究了GF(玻璃纤维)、CF(碳纤维)和KF(Kevlar-49纤维)分别诱发PF尼龙Ⅰ~#(即石油发酵尼龙Ⅰ~#新材料)的界面结晶形态和结晶能力。分别考察了纤维性质,结晶温度等因素对PF尼龙Ⅰ~#形成横晶的影响。
The interfacial crystallization morphology and crystallization of PF nylon Ⅰ ~ # (ie, the new materials of petroleum-derived nylon Ⅰ ~ #) induced by GF (glass fiber), CF (carbon fiber) and KF (Kevlar-49 fiber) ability. The effects of fiber properties, crystallization temperature and other factors on the transversal crystallization of PF nylon I ~ # were investigated.
