介绍了含硫多肽类抗生素诺西肽(nosiheptide)产生菌S.actuosus的诱变谱系及诺西肽发酵条件的研究。经紫外照射处理及自然分离获得的诱变菌株Z_(10),其在适当的通气条件下培养,补入1%葡萄糖和2.5‰硫酸钠,诺西肽产量可达1000μg/ml左右,比野生株原始产量提高10倍。本研究为诺西肽工业生产奠定了基础。
Introduced the sulfur-containing polypeptide antibiotic nosiheptide to produce bacteria S. Actosus mutagenic lineages and nosiheptide fermentation conditions. The mutagenized strain Z_ (10) obtained by UV irradiation and natural separation was cultivated under appropriate aeration conditions, supplemented with 1% glucose and 2.5% sodium sulfate. The yield of nosiheptide reached about 1000μg / ml, The original production of wild strains increased by 10 times. This study laid the foundation for industrial production of nosiheptide.
