中国证券监督管理委员会公告[2008]47号现公布《关于授权各派出机构审核基金管理公司设立分支机构的决定》,自2009年1月1日起施行。证监会二○○八年十二月十九日为进一步贯彻落实《证券投资基金监管职责分工协作指引》(证监基金字[2005]113号),适应市场发展变化的需要,中国证监会决定授权各派出机构审核基金管理公司设立分支机构事项。
Announcement No. [2008] 47 of the China Securities Regulatory Commission announces the Decision on Authorizing Each of the Departments to Review the Establishment of Branches of Fund Management Companies, effective from January 1, 2009. On December 19, 2008, the CSRC decided to authorize the CSRC to further implement the Guidelines on the Division of Responsibilities and Responsibilities of Securities Investment Funds (Zheng Jian Ji Jin Zi [2005] No. 113), to meet the needs of the market development and changes All agencies dispatched by the fund management companies to set up branches.
