二十一世纪是经济快速发展的新时代,在这个大环境之下,知识经济的发展也达到了前所未有的新高度,人才无疑是现代社会最重要的资源,对知识经济的管理其实就是对人才的管理,而这之中,对于认识档案以及人力资源的有效管理其实是最核心的要素。当前,基层人事局是主管我国人事档案管理的主要部门,有关人事档案的管理工作看起来简单易行,但是实践中却存在着诸多问题影响着人事档案管理的效率和工作质量,找到这些问题和缺陷,并相应的采取解决措施,是当前亟待解决的重要问题。
