人类免疫缺陷病毒阳性儿童感染可培养的结核分枝杆菌

已知人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)的成人感染者易感染结核分枝杆菌(结核杆菌),并使病情加重。儿童HIV与结核杆菌共感染也有报道,但缺乏结核杆菌培养的证实。本文报道了结核杆菌培养阳性的14例HIV感染儿童的临床表现、特殊检查和临床病程等。 Adults infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) are known to be susceptible to Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) and exacerbate the condition. Co-infection of children with HIV and TB has also been reported, but the lack of confirmation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture. This article reports the clinical manifestations, special examinations and clinical course of 14 HIV-infected children with positive Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture.
