分析了比例混合器在煤矿泡沫防灭火制备工艺中应用的技术优势,并且结合煤矿实际情况,对比例混合器的工作原理和结构做了介绍,对其主要参数进行了计算,对不同类型的比例混合器进行实验分析。结果表明,比例混合器使煤矿泡沫防灭火制备工艺简单,混合液配比效果充分,安全性得到了提高;比例混合器的最佳供水压力在0.8～1.0 MPa之间;不同的比例混合器适用于不同发泡倍数的发泡剂。
The technical advantages of proportional mixer in the preparation of coal foam fire extinguishing prevention are analyzed. Based on the actual situation of coal mine, the working principle and structure of the mixer are introduced. The main parameters are calculated. Mixer for experimental analysis. The results show that the proportion mixer makes the preparation process of coal foam fire prevention and extinguishing simple, the effect of mixture ratio is full and the safety is improved; the optimal water supply pressure of ratio mixer is between 0.8 MPa and 1.0 MPa; Foaming agent at different expansion ratio.
