根据该区土壤侵蚀的双重特征及径流泥沙来源，提出了以坡耕地水土流失综合防治为中心，荒山荒坡地开发治理为重点的治理方针，以及土石山区开发治理模式，分析了各项水保措施综合治理在该区的减沙效益。
According to the dual characteristics of soil erosion and the source of runoff and sediment in the area, the paper put forward the management policy focusing on the comprehensive management of soil and water loss in sloping arable land and the development and management of barren hills and slopes as well as the development and management mode of the rock and mountainous areas. Measures to comprehensively control the sediment reduction benefits in this area.
