摩擦学学会第二届理事会从1982年起开始工作,到1987年8月止,共计5年。本工作总结共分5个部分。 1.全国摩擦学工业应用调查 1982年8月在兰州召开的全国第三次摩擦学学术会议上,重申了继续在我国开展摩擦学工业应用调查研究工作的必要性,并决定成立以张祖荫、王汝霖为主任的调研工作委员会。在本届学会工作中,一直将此项工作列为我会的重点。 (1)调查工作的组织和发展 1988年7月在安徽屯溪,召开了“摩擦学润滑技术与节约能
