浙江省第四次营养学术讨论会于1988年4月9~11日在杭州召开。出席会议的有正式代表123名,列席代表60名,特邀代表38名,共221人参加。 本次会议进行了下列三项活动: 一、营养与食物结构专题研讨会:由本专业委员会汇同浙江省食品工业协会与中国食品报浙江记者站联合召开,会议特邀中国营养学会荣誉理事、中国食品工业协会顾问于若木,“吃的选择”一文作者、新华社主任记者施宝华到会作了报告。浙江省政协副主席丁德云,浙江省食品工业协会会长刘琦,浙江省科学技术委员会秘书长黄雪行,学会部部长朱生保以及浙江省生化学会营养专业委员会主任委员朱寿民等也在会上讲了话。代表共220余人。 二、学术交流:会议共收到论文34篇。涉及基础营养、公共与特殊营养、临床营养、食物资源与食品强化等方面。其中,浙江医科大学朱寿民教授的“大豆蛋白质的营养及加工的研究进展”,凌诚德副教授的“金针菇营养价值的研究”及浙江医学研究院陈似兰副研究员的“婴幼儿食品‘佳乐宝’的营养评价”等5篇论文在大会宣读。其余论文摘要29篇,按内容分为营养与食品科技及临床营养两大组进行交流。参加
