应用免疫组织化学方法对正常胰岛及52例胰岛细胞内分泌肿瘤中第X因子样抗原进行观察。内分泌肿瘤分为良性及恶性并根据其分泌激素的种类进行命名。结果发现正常胰岛的A细胞,PP细胞及良性胰升血糖素瘤、PP瘤含有较多的第X因子样抗原阳性物质,产生胰岛素的B细胞并不分泌第X因子,但某些胰岛素瘤中第X因子样抗原阳性。恶性胰岛细胞肿瘤很少产生第X因子。并对第X因子在胰岛细胞肿瘤患者血液凝固障碍中的作用进行了探讨。
Immunohistochemistry was used to observe X-factor-like antigens in endocrine tumors of normal islets and 52 cases of islet cells. Endocrine tumors are classified as benign and malignant and are named according to the type of hormone they secrete. As a result, it was found that normal pancreatic A cells, PP cells, benign glucagon tumors, and PP tumors contained a lot of factor X-positive antigen-positive substances, and insulin-producing B cells did not secrete factor X, but some insulinomas The factor X antigen was positive. Malignant islet cell tumors rarely produce factor X. The role of factor X in blood coagulation disorders in patients with pancreatic islet cell tumors was discussed.
