我国西北的黄土高原,特别是干旱阳坡,土壤水分条件很差。长期以来,该地区油松等针叶树年年造林不见林,成活率低。为提高造林成活率,西北林学院的张健等同志和陕西省淳化县英烈林场的任兴成同志于1983~1987年在干旱阳坡上进行了不同植苗造林方法的比较试验,总结出了深穴整地穴底植苗草灌木枝覆盖的造林新方法,使油松造林成活率由50%左右提高到90%左右。
The loess plateau in northwestern China, especially the arid sunny slope, has poor soil moisture conditions. For a long time, conifers such as Pinus tabulaeformis trees in the area have not been afforested every year and their survival rate is low. To improve the survival rate of afforestation, Comrade Zhang Jian and other comrades of Northwest Forestry College and Comrade Ren Xingcheng of Yingli Forest Farm in Chunhua County of Shaanxi Province carried out comparative experiments on different plantation afforestation methods on dry sunny slopes from 1983 to 1987, The new method of afforestation covered by planting grass and shrub branches in the soil preparation site increased the survival rate of afforestation of Pinus tabulaeformis from about 50% to about 90%.
