II型糖尿病并发神经系统病变(235例临床分析)

通过235例I型糖尿病临床资料分析发现该病好发于中老年人,男性为多,并发周围神经病变则以女性为多,且发病率有逐年迅速增加趋势。临床症状不典型,且“三多一少”症状病例仅占48.09%,血脂与血脂蛋白异常率较高,占80%,其中以甘油三脂为显,占72.4%,病情多为轻、中型。并发症以神经系统病变为多,占81.28%,周围神经病变占52.77%,脑卒中占28.51%,以缺血性脑梗塞为多,占76.12%,且易发生腔隙性脑梗塞。并发症与病情轻重,病程长短无明显关系。作者并对糖尿病并发神经系病变的机理进行了讨论。 The clinical data of 235 cases of type I diabetes mellitus showed that the disease predisposed to middle-aged and elderly people, with more peripheral neuropathy and more women, and the incidence increased rapidly year by year.
