大学文化是大学的灵魂和旗帜,系部文化是校园文化的基本组成,也是校园文化中最具特色的部分。然而,人们在关注专业建设的同时,对系部文化建设往往重视不够,没有较好地发挥出系部文化建设的育人功能。经管系通过近几年的积极探索和实践,以着力打造系部特色文化为抓手,努力提升管理实效,有力促进了系部的内涵建设,并取得了明显成效。
