概述了膜污染的类型与成因、化学清洗机理及清洗剂的类型,从清洗效果、清洗成本、环境影响3方面,利用层次分析法构建了膜化学清洗综合效应的评价方法;并以某生活污水处理系统的微滤膜为例,进行了两个方案的实证研究,结果表明,方案2要优于方案1。该评价方法可操作性强,评价结果能为选择科学合理的膜化学清洗方案提供依据。
The types and causes of membrane fouling, the mechanism of chemical cleaning and the type of cleaning agent are summarized. The method of evaluating the comprehensive effect of membrane chemical cleaning is established by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) from the aspects of cleaning effect, cleaning cost and environmental impact. As an example, the microfiltration membrane of the treatment system was used to carry out an empirical study of two schemes. The results show that scheme 2 is superior to scheme 1. The evaluation method is easy to operate and the evaluation results can provide the basis for selecting a scientific and rational membrane chemical cleaning solution.
