我院是一所综合性三级医院,口腔科共有医生17人,护士8人,门诊每日接诊患者260人左右。由于就诊患者多,门诊区域空间布局不尽合理,就诊流程复杂,患者在就诊时因反复排队不满情绪较多。为了提升护理质量,提高患者及医生的满意度,我科从2014年3月起改进了门诊就诊流程,通过半年实施,效果满意,现总结如下。1原因分析1.1候诊时间长:口腔科门诊与其他科门诊不同,就诊与治疗是一体的,如:做一例根管治疗一般需要40分钟,有时需要1小时;拔一颗牙也需
Our hospital is a comprehensive tertiary hospital, a total of 17 stomatology doctors, nurses, 8, outpatient daily admissions of about 260 patients. Due to the large number of visiting patients, the spatial layout of the outpatient area is not reasonable, and the visiting procedure is complex. Patients are more dissatisfied with queuing due to repeated visits. In order to improve the quality of care and enhance the satisfaction of patients and doctors, our department improved outpatient treatment procedures since March 2014 and passed the six-month implementation with satisfactory results.
