我们于1988年6月～1991年11月应用高压氧加静脉输入脑活素(Cerebrolysin)治疗脑梗塞60例收到满意效果,现报道如下。临床资料:全部病例符合1986年中华医学会第二次全国脑血管病学术会议第三次修定的诊断标准,均经头颅CT扫描确定诊断。将病人随机抽样分成治疗组、对照组。治疗组60例中男46例,女14例,年龄48～74(平均63.4)岁。病程1月之内35例,1～3个月25例。偏瘫57例,占95%,失语33例,占55%。意识障碍8例占
We in June 1988 ~ November 1991 application of hyperbaric oxygen plus intravenous Cerebrolysin treatment of cerebral infarction in 60 cases received satisfactory results are reported below. Clinical data: All cases were in line with the third revised diagnostic criteria of the Second National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference of the Chinese Medical Association in 1986, all confirmed by skull CT scan. The patients were randomized into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 60 patients, 46 males and 14 females, aged 48 to 74 (average 63.4) years of age. The course of disease in 35 cases within 1 month, 1 to 3 months in 25 cases. 57 cases of hemiplegia, accounting for 95%, aphasia in 33 cases, accounting for 55%. 8 cases of disturbance of consciousness
