目的:探讨对舒心方缺氧环境下人脐静脉内皮细胞增殖和细胞周期的影响。方法:建立人脐静脉内皮细胞缺氧模型,采用MTT法测定细胞增殖,流式细胞术分析细胞周期。结果:舒心方能够明显促进缺氧环境下内皮细胞的增殖,增加细胞周期中S期细胞的数目。结论:舒心方对缺氧环境下内皮细胞增殖和DNA合成有促进作用,提示舒心方在缺血心肌新生血管生成过程中可能具有一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Shuxin Fang on the proliferation and cell cycle of human umbilical vein endothelial cells under hypoxia. Methods: The hypoxia model of human umbilical vein endothelial cells was established. Cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay and cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry. Results: Shuxin prescription can obviously promote the proliferation of endothelial cells in hypoxic environment and increase the number of S phase cells in the cell cycle. Conclusion: Shuxinfang can promote endothelial cell proliferation and DNA synthesis under hypoxia, suggesting that Shuxinfang might play an important role in the process of angiogenesis.
