通过Alternaria tenuis 菌孢的实验室热模拟试验,进行了菌孢反射率、荧光、有机差热及X射线衍射等测试分析。在热演化过程中, 菌孢的菌孢反射率随温度的升高而逐渐增大;荧光随温度的升高逐渐减弱直至消失;有机差热研究表明,菌孢的成烃性能由强变弱,有机质变质程度逐渐增高;解析X衍射图谱,求出芳香度fa 值,定量反映出菌孢中的饱和结构与芳香结构的变化规律及其有机质成熟度。通过这几项测试分析,探讨菌孢在热演化过程中有机质演变与成烃作用的关系,认为菌孢中有机质的演化大致经历了3 个阶段:从常温至300℃为未成熟期;300 ℃至400℃为成熟期,烃类大量生成;而400 ℃~500 ℃这一阶段菌孢中有机质变质程度高,为过成熟期,产烃性能变差。

The evolution of organic matter in the fungus spores underwent three stages: from room temperature to 300 ℃, immature stage, 300 ℃ To 400 ℃ for the mature stage, a large number of hydrocarbon generation; and 400 ℃ ~ 500 ℃ during this stage in the high degree of organic matter spoilage, over-mature, poor performance of hydrocarbons.
