空间机电产品结构设计复杂,在轨环境应力多样。从多学科建模的角度出发,分别针对产品的不同组成部分、不同系统建立了多应力耦合性能可靠性分析模型,充分考虑产品设计参数、环境应力的不确定性,重点考察产品的性能响应指标,结合工程实践中的可靠性判据,评价产品的可靠性指标;最后,基于多设计参数试验设计理论,开展空间机电产品一体化分析。
Mechanical and electrical products space structure design complex, in-orbit environmental stress and diverse. From the perspective of multidisciplinary modeling, the reliability analysis models of multi-stress coupling performance are established respectively for different components and different systems of products. The product design parameters and the environmental stress are considered with full consideration. The performance response indexes , Combined with the reliability criterion in engineering practice to evaluate the reliability index of the product. Finally, based on the experimental design theory of multiple design parameters, the integration analysis of space electromechanical products is carried out.
