在四倍体的巨峰葡萄品系中,“巨峰”和“先锋”果穗中混有较多的无核小粒果,但“红瑞宝”、“红伊豆”、“红皇后”和“蜜红”比前两者含有较多的有核果,无核果很少.为弄清产生无核果的原因,把各品种花器的完整性和花粉管向胚珠伸长的清况进行了比较.
In tetraploid Kyoho grape lines, there are more non-nucleated small fruits in “Kyoho” and “Vanguard” ears, but “Red Rainbow”, “Red Izu”, “Red Queen” and “Honey Red” Compared with the former two, there were more drupe and fewer drupe without fruit.In order to find out the reason of non-drupe, the integrity of each dwarf florescence organ and the pollen tube elongation to ovule were compared.
