应用超声彩色多普勒血流量像(CDFI)仪在B超“膜样”病变的二维灰阶图像中,通过彩色编码叠加显示了视网膜脱离的特殊声学图像:(1)膜样图像上叠加彩色血管图像。(2)视网膜与脉络膜分离的双重彩色血管图像。并能同时检测视网膜中央动脉的多普勒频谱和最大收缩期血流速度。初步结果表明该技术能对视网膜脱离和玻璃体后脱离或机化作出精确鉴别诊断,有助于玻璃体切除术前诊断。
The special acoustic images of retinal detachment were superimposed by color coding in the two-dimensional grayscale images of B-like “membranous” lesions by using ultrasound color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) instrument: (1) Color vascular images. (2) Double color image of the retina and choroid. And can simultaneously detect the central retinal artery Doppler spectrum and the maximum systolic blood flow velocity. The preliminary results show that this technique can make accurate differential diagnosis of retinal detachment and posterior vitreous detachment or mechanization, which is helpful for the preoperative vitrectomy diagnosis.
