目的 报告112例膀胱癌膀胱部分切除或经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后应用喜树碱膀胱灌注的疗效。方法 用喜树碱15～20mg+生理盐水40ml,术后三年内定期膀胱灌注。结果 全部患者随访12～46个月,101例3年以上无复发(占90.2％);复发11例,3年内总复发率9.8％。结论 喜树碱膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发疗效显著,无明显副作用的安全疗法,值得进一步探讨及应用。
Objective To report the curative effect of camptothecin in bladder after bladder resection in 112 cases of bladder cancer or transurethral resection of bladder tumor. Methods Camptothecin 15 ~ 20mg + saline 40ml, regular intravesical instillation after three years. Results All the patients were followed up for 12 to 46 months. There were no recurrences in 101 cases (90.2%) for more than 3 years. In 11 cases, the total recurrence rate was 9.8% in 3 years. Conclusion Camptothecin instillation of bladder in preventing postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer significant effect, no significant side effects of the safe therapy, worthy of further exploration and application.
