本文首先分析了制度化教育的封闭落后性、功利刻板性、成本昂贵等弊端,接着依据新的时代要求分析了制度化教育与成人教育的关系,最后,从三个方面讨论成人教育的意义。
This article first analyzes the defects of institutionalized education such as closed backwardness, utilitarian rigidity and high cost. Then it analyzes the relationship between institutionalized education and adult education according to the requirements of the new era. Finally, it discusses the significance of adult education from three aspects.
