党风廉政建设是一项系统工程,需要教育、制度、监督、惩处四位一体、四管齐下才能奏效。教育在这个体系中起着基础性的作用。而廉政教育的针对性、有效性是廉政教育的关键。因此,立足实践需要,构建一个成熟、完备的领导干部廉政教育课程体系是个重要问题。本课题以系统的、开放的理念来设计廉政教育课程体系。这个课程体系包括四大板块,即廉政课堂教学、廉政案例教学、廉政现场教学、廉政研讨教学,并详细探索和研究每一板块设置的意义、存在的问题、如何更好运作等问题。
The building of a clean government is a systematic project that requires education, system, supervision and punishment in order to be effective in a four-pronged approach. Education plays a fundamental role in this system. The pertinence and effectiveness of the clean government education is the key to clean education. Therefore, based on practical needs, it is an important issue to establish a mature and complete curriculum system for honest and clean administration of leading cadres. The subject of a systematic, open concept to design a clean education curriculum system. This course system consists of four sections, that is, the teaching of clean administration, the case teaching of clean administration, the teaching of clean government and the study of clean government. The purpose of each section is to explore and study in detail the problems, problems and how to operate better.
