时至今日改革大趋势,知识分子早应放开手脚、舒心顺气地施展才能与抱负了.然而,令人时或隐忧与不安的,是有些“帽子”时隐时现.当然,“臭老九”的帽子,谁再举起来,恐怕自己也明白会闹个不识时务.只是政治上的大帽子摘除了,时或有人又拾来几个莫名奇妙,却又见怪不怪的小帽子,动辄高擎起来,以警恐他人. 常见者大致有三顶。一曰“群众关系不好”,或曰“不合群”;二曰“骄傲、不谦虚”;三曰“名利思想重”. “群众关系不好”或“不合群”,说起来似乎沾点边。其实,所谓“不合群”恰恰是由于知识分子的工作特性所决定的。知识分子的工作特性,要求在精力高度集中的情况下,完成某些专业性较强的工作。这就形成他们“用志不分,乃凝于神”的工作习惯和个性.这种习惯和个性,在人际关系和社会
