本试验应用Co~(60)-γ射线及紫外线诱变抗生素T_(21)产生菌,力求探讨其对菌的致死作用和杀虫活力的影响。 (一)材料和方法 1.出发菌株:浅黄链霉素韶关变种Streptomy-ces flaveolus var.Shaoguanensis n.var.21-16。 2.培养基:①斜面和分离培养基。KNO_30.1%、K_2HPO_40.05%、MgSO_40.05%、NaC10、05%、FeSO_40.001%、可溶性淀粉2%、琼脂2%、pH7.2~7.4。120℃灭菌30分钟。②摇瓶发酵培养基。淀粉3%、葡萄糖1%、蚕蛹粉2%、酵母粉0.5%、MgSO_40.05%、CaCO_30.06%、pH7.0、120℃灭菌
In this experiment, Co ~ (60) -γ ray and ultraviolet mutagenesis were used to mutate the antibiotic T_ (21) -producing bacterium.
