目的观察复方苦参注射液对小鼠艾氏腹水癌(EAC)的抑制作用。方法 ip EAC肿瘤细胞,建立艾氏腹水癌小鼠模型,造模后第2天开始尾iv给药,两个受试药组分别给予10、20mg/kg复方苦参注射液,阳性药组给予0.5mg/kg顺铂,每日1次,连续10d。末次给药后24h,每组半数动物摘眼球取血,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH),并抽取腹水进行癌细胞计数;剩余动物停止治疗,观察生存时间,计算生命延长率。结果与模型组比较,复方苦参注射液各剂量组荷瘤小鼠一般情况较好;血清SOD、GSH明显增加,MDA显著降低;腹水明显减少,生存时间明显延长。结论复方苦参注射液具有抗EAC腹水的作用,其作用机制可能与药物的抗氧化作用有关。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of compound matrine injection on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) in mice. Methods The mouse model of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma was established by intraperitoneal injection of EAC tumor cells. The tail iv administration began on the second day after the model was established. The two test drug groups were given 10,20 mg / kg compound Kushen injection, and the positive drug group was given 0.5mg / kg cisplatin once daily for 10 days. Results Compared with the model group, the tumor-bearing mice in each dose group of Compound Kushen Injection had a better general condition, the serum SOD and GSH levels increased significantly, the MDA level decreased significantly, the ascites decreased and the survival time significantly prolonged. Conclusion Compound Kushen injection has the effect of anti-EAC ascites, its mechanism may be related to the antioxidant effect of the drug.
