Apelin在体内分布广泛,不同结构形式的Apelin具有不同的生物学效应。对其功能的研究发现Apelin具有调节体液平衡、影响摄食及抗HIV感染和炎症的作用;Apelin在心血管系统具有增强心肌收缩力、舒张血管和降低血压的作用,文中拟对Apelin的生物学特性、心血管效应及其病理生理意义作一综述。
Apelin is widely distributed in the body, and different structural forms of Apelin have different biological effects.
