伴随全球经济一体化的发展,培养具有国际视野的复合型人才必定是未来人才培养的主流。笔者对复合型日语人才市场的需求进行了论证,结合“日语第二学士学位”培养工作的教学实践阐述了复合型日语人才培养的现实意义,并从培养目标、课程设置方面对工科院校复合型日语人才培养提出了建议。
