肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦａ）是一种由活化的单核巨噬细胞等产生的细胞因子。它对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用已被人们所熟知，但现在越来越多的研究表明ＴＮＦ亦可诱导肿瘤细胞异常增殖和促进肿瘤细胞浸润与转移。本文仅对其促进肿瘤生长，浸润及其相关机制和影响因素做一综述。
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF-a) is a cytokine produced by activated mononuclear macrophages and the like. Its killing effect on tumor cells has been well-known, but more and more studies have shown that TNF can also induce abnormal proliferation of tumor cells and promote tumor cell infiltration and metastasis. This article only summarizes its promotion of tumor growth, infiltration and its related mechanisms and influencing factors.
