薪酬福利管理是企业人力资源管理体系的重要构成部分,对于有效提高企业的凝聚力、向心力以及吸引住人才具有重要的作用,有利于企业培养出一支对企业文化高度认同、敬业以及忠诚的素质人才队伍,促进企业资源的优化配置。本文就薪酬福利管理在人力资源管理中的应用进行探索研究,并在分析问题的基础上提出相应的创新解决策略,以为提高我国企业人力资源管理质量提供相应的参考。
Compensation and benefits management is an important part of the human resources management system of an enterprise. It plays an important role in effectively improving the cohesion, solidarity and attracting talents of the enterprise, and helps the enterprise to cultivate a quality human resource that is highly recognized, dedicated and loyal to the corporate culture Team, to promote the optimal allocation of corporate resources.
