“后进生”是指暂时处于后进或行为控制能力较差的学生。实际上,每所学校、每个班级或多或少都会存在着一部分发展不平衡的学生。促使后进生的进步,不仅关乎学生自身的成长,也影响学校教育教学质量的提高。众所周知,数学学科的学习情况将直接影响其他理科的学习,故数学学科后进生的转化工作显得尤为重要。由于数学学科后进生的成因错综复杂,我们只有摸清原因,对症下药,才能解决问题,本文将就初中数学后进生的成因及转化谈一些自己浅显的看法。
“Afterlife ” refers to students who are temporarily in backward or poor behavior control. In fact, each school, each class more or less there will be a part of the uneven development of students. It is well known that the learning of maths disciplines will directly affect the learning of other sciences. Therefore, the transformation of postgraduates in maths is particularly important. Due to the complexity of the causes of postgraduates in mathematics, we can only find out the reason and prescribe the right remedy in order to solve the problem. This article will give some simple views on the causes and transformation of junior high school math students.
