在分析日本水资源分布特征和工农业及城市用水的基础上,回顾了日本各个历史时期内大坝的发展及其作用,并指出存在的问题及其挑战。此外,还简要介绍了大坝主要管理机构的相关职责。对全面了解日本大坝简史及发展具有一定参考价值。
Based on the analysis of the distribution characteristics of Japan’s water resources and the industrial, agricultural and urban water use, the paper reviews the development and the role of dams in various historical periods in Japan and points out the existing problems and their challenges. In addition, a brief account of the relevant responsibilities of the major dam management agencies is given. It has a certain reference value for a comprehensive understanding of the history and development of Japanese dams.
