2005年春节期间,中共中央总书记胡锦涛在我省视察工作时强调,必须从确保党和人民事业顺利发展和国家长治久安的战略高度,扎扎实实推进和谐社会建设。最近召开的党的十六届六中全会出台了《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》,对建设社会主义和谐社会作出了全面安排和部署。对欠发达、欠开发的贵州来说,构建“和谐贵州”,更具有深刻的历史意义和迫切的现实意义。在构建和谐贵州的进程中,我省各地广大干部群众创造出不少好经验、好做法。团省委为解决青年就业创业难这一影响社会不和谐稳定的社会问题,推出的“励业工程”就是很典型的一例。从本期开始,本刊推出“建设和谐贵州推进科学发展”专栏,宣传介绍这些经验、做法,以及其中涌现的新思路、新思考、新成果,为建设和谐贵州提供舆论支撑和经验参考。欢迎广大读者踊跃投稿。
