The state budget is the country’s basic financial plan and an important part of the national economic plan. It reflects the policy of the entire country and defines the scope and direction of government activities through the distribution and redistribution of part of its national income. Each year our country’s state budget is reviewed and approved by the National People’s Congress, the supreme organ of state power.
