目的建立HPLC法测定炎可宁片中大黄酚的含量的方法。方法采用Welch Plus-C_18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85:15)为流动相,流速1.0m Lmin~(-1),测定波长为254nm,柱温35℃。结果炎可宁片中大黄酚进样量在0.11~1.08μg(r=0.9999)范围内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)为99.1%。结论该方法操作简便,准确可靠,重复性好,可以为炎可宁片中大黄药材的质量控制提供依据。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chrysophanol in Yan Ke Ning Tablet by HPLC. Methods The mobile phase consisted of a mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (85:15) with a flow rate of 1.0 m Lmin -1 at a wavelength of 254 nm on a Welch Plus-C_18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 35 ° C. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can provide the basis for the quality control of Rhubarb.
