结合实际设计工作和美国AAALAC标准中的相关内容以及国内相关规范,讨论了影响工艺布置的三个因素。其中,工艺因素从单个实验动物用房尺寸入手,结合动物房配套设施、动物饮用水,主要侧重实验动物房单元的确定。建筑因素除了对建筑外形的要求外,还延伸到建筑平面布局和立体的空间需求,偏向于整体的要求,并且给出了一些典型的动物房布置。空调方面则强调一些容易被忽视,却对设计有着重要影响的因素做了阐述。最后给出了建议,供参考借鉴。
Based on the actual design work and the relevant contents of the AAALAC standard in the United States, as well as relevant domestic norms, three factors that affect the process layout are discussed. Among them, the process factors start from the size of a single laboratory animal house, combined with animal housing facilities, animal drinking water, the main focus on laboratory animal room unit to determine. In addition to the architectural requirements of architectural elements, architectural elements also extend to architectural layouts and spatial requirements, favoring the overall requirements and giving some typical animal room layouts. Air conditioning is stressed that some easily overlooked, but the design has an important influence on the factors described. At last, some suggestions are given for reference.
