目的探讨中西医结合治疗胃大部切除术后残胃功能性排空障碍的优越性。方法选择1990年7月至2007年10月收治的胃大部切除术后残胃功能性排空障碍患者36例,随机分为对照组(15例)和治疗组(21例),对照组给予胃肠减压、营养支持、维持水电解质酸碱平衡及应用促进胃肠蠕动西药;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,结合中医中药温阳化饮、补气活血等综合治疗。结果对照组总有效率为66.7%,治疗组总有效率为100%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗胃大部切除术后残胃功能性排空障碍具有疗程短、疗效确切、简单易行、易于在基层医院推广等优点。
Objective To explore the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating functional gastric emptying disorder after subtotal gastrectomy.
