分配公平问题不管在经济发展的任何阶段,始终都是一个重要问题。如果在发展过程中,不充分重视财富分配的公平问题,发展的代价将是沉重的。重视财富的分配公平,更有利于提高人民的幸福度,更有利于实现体面劳动,这更符合社会发展的本质。在经济发展的各个阶段,充分重视财富分配公平,才可以有效保证发展的长期持续性。避免陷入工业化与城市化的脱节、产业结构的不合理、政策措施失误、金融体系不健全等“中等收入陷阱”的现象。
The issue of equitable distribution has always been an important issue in any stage of economic development. If we fail to pay sufficient attention to the issue of equity in the distribution of wealth during the course of development, the cost of development will be heavy. Emphasis on the fair distribution of wealth, more conducive to improving people’s happiness, more conducive to the realization of decent work, which is more in line with the nature of social development. At all stages of economic development, giving full attention to the fair distribution of wealth can we effectively ensure the long-term sustainability of development. Avoid falling into the gap between industrialization and urbanization, unreasonable industrial structure, policy measures mistakes, the financial system is not perfect, “middle income trap ” phenomenon.
