本文从教育事业的现状、教师职业的特点，并结合论述了艰苦创业精神教育的重要性和紧迫性；更着眼于师范专科生的思想政治实际，提出如何加强艰苦创业精神教育的思路。
This article discusses the importance and urgency of arduous pioneering spirit education from the current situation of education and the specialty of teachers’ occupation. It also focuses on the ideological and political actuality of normal college students and puts forward the idea of how to strengthen the arduous pioneering spirit education.
