为全面贯彻党的十七大和十七届四中全会精神,切实加强国有企业反腐倡廉建设,进一步促进国有企业领导人员廉洁从业,规范决策行为,提高决策水平,防范决策风险,保证国有企业科学发展,按照中央关于凡属重大决策、重要人事任免、重大项目安排和大额度资金运作(简称“三重一大”)事项必须由领导班子集体作出决定的要求,现就进一步推进国有企业贯彻落实“三重一大”决策制度提出如下意见。
