在室温下,取代法和共聚法配制了稳定的(La,Ce)/Al二元聚合阳离子,用其柱撑信阳蒙脱石。共聚法配制柱化剂柱撑的蒙脱石,在(La,Ce)/Al=1∶9时,室温和加温300℃、500℃2h后,d001值最大;取代法配制柱化剂柱撑的蒙脱石,在La/Al=1∶5时,室温和加温300℃、500℃2h后,d001变化最小,分别为1.923nm,1.904nm,1.904nm;不同的Ce/Al比例下制备的柱撑蒙脱石,室温和加温300℃后相比d001变化较大。(La,Ce)/Al基柱撑蒙脱石矿物材料的热稳定性与柱化剂的制备方法和(La,Ce)/Al的摩尔比有关。
The stable (La, Ce) / Al binary polymeric cations were prepared by substitution and copolymerization at room temperature, with which the Xinyang montmorillonite was pillared. Copolymerization was used to prepare the pillared montmorillonite. When the molar ratio of (La, Ce) / Al was 1: 9, the value of d001 was the highest at room temperature and 300 ℃ for 2h at 500 ℃. When the La / Al ratio is 1: 5, the change of d001 is the smallest at 1.923nm, 1.904nm and 1.904nm respectively at room temperature and 300 ℃ and 500 ℃ for 2h. Under the different Ce / Al ratio Pillared montmorillonite prepared, room temperature and heating 300 ℃ after d001 larger changes. The thermal stability of (La, Ce) / Al-based pillared montmorillonite mineral materials is related to the preparation method of the pillared agent and the molar ratio of (La, Ce) / Al.
